Billing Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on danflashes.us. Placing an order means you agree to them.

Definitions

"Seller" means Dan Flashes, the owner of this website. "Buyer" means the person or organisation placing the order. "Goods" means the products the buyer has ordered from the seller.

Payment

Payment is due in full when the order is placed. If a payment is declined or not received, the order is not placed and nothing is shipped. Accepted payment methods are listed on our Payment Policy page.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, including international orders. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered in 6 to 12 business days. Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge. Buyers outside the United States and Canada are responsible for any customs duties or import charges. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it under our Refund Policy.

Returns and refunds

Every order is covered by our 30-day guarantee. Items that arrive damaged, incorrect or missing are refunded or replaced in full. If the size is wrong or you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return for store credit, as set out in our Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Start a return through the returns portal or by emailing danflashes@danflashes.us. Items sent back without a return request first cannot be accepted.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled free of charge until it has been processed for shipping. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under the guarantee above.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email danflashes@danflashes.us. Every case is looked at individually by a person, and we will reply within 24 hours on business days with a proposed fix.

Liability

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concern arising after the buyer has received the goods, except where required by law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website is governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada.

Changes

These terms may change from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
