Thank you for shopping with Dan Flashes. By accessing or purchasing from danflashes.us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use.

1. Orders
   Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 1–3 business days once your order is fulfilled. If you notice any errors or discrepancies, please contact us immediately.

2. Payment
   We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

3. Shipping
   Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We offer free, standard, and express shipping. For orders outside the United States, additional fees may apply. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import charges.

4. Shipping and Delivery Times
   Estimated delivery dates apply to customers within the United States. International orders may take longer. Dan Flashes does not provide refunds for delays under 60 days from the original purchase date. For delays exceeding 60 days, a full refund will be issued if tracking confirms the order has not been delivered.

5. Returns and Exchanges
   Refunds require the item to be returned and received unless otherwise instructed by our team. Refunds appear within 8–10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued only for damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property
   All content on this website, including images, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of Dan Flashes and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
   Dan Flashes is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website.

   These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada.

    Dan Flashes is an independent apparel brand. This website, its products, and its content are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any television program, streaming service, production company, or entertainment property, past or present.

This is the right kind of wording because EU consumer contract rules generally allow a chosen governing law, but they also protect consumers from losing mandatory protections from the law that would otherwise apply to them.
