1. Item Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing?
You're fully covered. If your order arrives badly damaged, missing items, or isn't what you ordered, we’ll fix it with:
- A full refund, or
- A free replacement (your choice)
To qualify:
- Email us within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a short note
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 8–10 business days once approved.
2. Doesn’t Fit or Changed Your Mind?
No problem. In these situations, we provide one of two options!
You can choose between:
- A store credit (minus a 10% restocking fee), or
- A 70% off code to repurchase the correct item
This helps us keep prices low and reduce return shipping waste. Items must be unused and reported within 30 days of delivery.
3. Shipping & Delivery Delays
We ship most orders from U.S. warehouses, and standard shipping typically takes 6–11 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
- If your package hasn't arrived after 90 days, it’s considered lost, and you're eligible for a full refund or replacement
- For in-transit delays under 90 days, we’ll help track it, but can’t offer refunds unless the window is exceeded
4. What’s Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
To keep things fair for all customers, we can't offer refunds for:
- Slight color/pattern differences due to screen display
- Items that match the ordered size but don’t fit your preference
- Minor measurement variation from listed garment dimensions
- Subjective complaints (e.g., “didn’t like the style”)
- Orders reported after the 30-day window
- Minor cosmetics (wrinkles or loose threads)
5. How to Start a Return
To begin your return, you must contact us within 30 days of your order being delivered.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective)

EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To use this right, you must contact us at danflashes@danflashes.us within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly state that you wish to cancel and return your order under the EU right of withdrawal.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition. After contacting us, you must send the item back within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item, or once you provide proof that the item has been returned, we will refund the eligible purchase price back to your original payment method.
For EU right-of-withdrawal returns, we do not charge a restocking fee. The 10% restocking fee and 70% repurchase-code option listed in our general change-of-mind policy do not apply to eligible EU right-of-withdrawal returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.
