This Privacy Policy explains how Dan Flashes Inc. ("Dan Flashes," "we," "us" or "our") handles personal information when you visit danflashes.us, place an order, create an account, subscribe to communications, submit a review or contact us. We are responsible for the personal information we handle for the purposes described below.

We share relevant information with providers that support our services, including Shopify for the store and checkout; payment providers; fulfillment and delivery partners; customer-support providers; review services; email and text-message services; and analytics, security and advertising partners.

The information shared depends on the service. For example, delivery and fulfillment partners need order and recipient details, while analytics or advertising services may receive device identifiers and shopping activity. We do not describe all of these disclosures as anonymous.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a proposed or completed business transaction, subject to applicable protections.

Reviews or other content submitted for public display may be visible to visitors. Do not include information you do not want made public. Our use of service providers does not give us unrestricted ownership of your content.
